We start with an initial meeting to learn about your organization and find the specific needs of your workforce. After comparing plans from multiple carriers we will then provide a proposal to show you all of the options. After designing the benefits package of your choice we are ready to meet the team!
Group presentations are the best way to give a high-level overview of a benefits package. We will meet with your team and explain all of the benefits that will be made available to them, then provide them with materials to take home and discuss them with their family members.
HR Managers will no longer have to do the enrolling themselves. We schedule a time to sit and have 1 on 1 meetings with each employee to answer specific questions about their individual health needs and enroll them in the coverage they desire. Call center and online co-browsing options are available to employees in remote offices.
We will handle all claims support for your company and help with on-boarding for any new hires that come on board. We assist with billing and payments to cut the work out for your HR department.
